Overview
A client may request a customer check be collected by the driver at point of delivery. Authorized LPs will be approved prior to any request. No cash or unauthorized check will be accepted by the driver.

Overview
The following outlines the check collection process and communication, from the initial request through final settlement.

Check Communication
- 1 Check request is communicated with OR.
- 2 OR communicates with the LP the day before delivery.

Delivery Pickup
- 1 Driver receives the manifest w/ check info.
- 2 Driver receives a tamper resistant envelope w/ customer info and $ amount.

Delivery Arrival
- 1 Driver reviews manifest.
- 2 Driver communicates delivery and confirms check availability with customer.
If there is an inventory issue at this point, the process branches to Delivery Inventory Issues, then returns to the main flow.

Delivery Inventory Issues
Branches from Delivery Arrival, then returns to the main flow.
- 1 Driver communicates shortage/breakage to OR, OR will communicate to Client.
- 2 Client adjusts order and invoice amount.
- 3 Driver communicates changes to customer.

Delivery Check Confirmed
- 1 Check availability is confirmed.
- 2 Driver checks with no issues.
- 3 Driver hands envelope and pick list to customer and completes delivery.

Customer Check Process
- 1 Customer fills out check.
- 2 Places in envelope and seals.
- 3 Returns envelope to driver.
If the customer has no check available, the process instead follows Customer Has No Check Available.

Alternate path from Customer Check Process.
- 1 Driver communicates no check available to OR and OR will communicate to Client.
- 2 Driver returns order to warehouse.

End of Route
- 1 Driver unloads pallets/shells/CO2 to Client facility.
- 2 Driver communicates any issues.
- 3 Driver turns in all tamper resistant envelopes.

Settlement
- 1 Warehouse confirms checks.
- 2 Missing envelope = driver will be notified.
- 3 If driver can not be reached or unable to provide the envelope, OR will be notified and investigate.
