Overview
When a route is loaded into the driver app, the deliveries appear with an optimized order of stops. As the driver advances and completes each delivery, the driver app automatically goes to the next one.
If the driver wants to go out of order or skip a delivery and come back to it, they must back out of an active stop and select a different delivery stop. Later, the driver can go back to the routed list of stops and return to the stop they skipped.
This article outlines how to complete stops out of order after a driver has started their route.
