Overview
When you arrive at a delivery location, the app automatically prompts you to submit proof of delivery (POD). POD confirms that an order was left with the correct customer, at the correct location, in acceptable condition.
This article covers how to add delivery notes, capture a customer signature, and photograph a delivery — including stops with more than one order.

1
Documentation Fields on the Delivery Screen
Each stop's order screen includes three documentation fields:
- 1 Notes: a free-text field for delivery details.
- 2 Signature: the customer's signature, captured directly on the screen.
- 3 Images: one or more photos of the delivered order. This field is Required — the app displays Upload Documents to Proceed until it's completed.
Note: The Notes and Signature fields are optional. Add them when the delivery calls for extra documentation, such as product damage, special instructions, or a customer request.

2
Adding a Delivery Note
- 1 Tap the
button next to Note.
- 2 Enter the relevant details in the text field.
- 3 Review the entry, then tap
to save it.

3
Capturing a Customer Signature
- 1 Tap the
button next to Signature.
- 2 Hand the device to the customer and have them sign directly on the screen.
- 3 Review the signature, then tap Use Signature to save it.
Note: Reject signatures that cannot be traced back to the person who accepted the delivery. An "X" or another non-specific mark does not identify who received the order and is not acceptable as proof of delivery.

4
Photographing the Delivery
- 1 Tap the
button next to Images.
- 2 Frame the photo so it includes both the delivered product and a background feature that identifies the drop-off location, such as a business sign, address numbers, or a unique building feature.
- 3 Take the photo, then tap Use Photo.
- 4 Repeat as needed before moving to the next stop.
The app displays a You're good to go confirmation once the image uploads successfully. Swipe right toward Complete.

5
Adding Photos for Multiple Orders at One Stop
When a stop includes more than one order, the app asks which orders each photo applies to before the image uploads.
- 1 Take the photo as described above.
- 2 On the Which Orders Are in This Image? screen, toggle on each order included in the photo.
- 3 Select Upload Image to save the photo against the selected orders.

6
Troubleshooting
- 1 The app displays "Upload Documents to Proceed" and will not advance to the next stop. Complete all required fields for the order. The Images field is marked Required and must include at least one photo before you can continue.
- 2 A photo uploaded successfully but is linked to the wrong order. Retake the photo, then select the correct order, or orders, on the Which Orders Are in This Image? screen before selecting Upload Image.
- 3 The order requires a signature but the customer is unavailable or declines to sign. Process a return and bring the package back to the pickup location. Include a note for the failed signature attempt.
